Job Description Tasks and Responsibilities Budget / Quarterly and Ad Hoc Forecasts Manage the group budget and forecast timetable Establish standard models for regional data collection Coordinate across business units for input collection Manage/coordinate the build for Onsite support functions Manage the loads into the OnBudget system Manage national reporting packs M/E Estimate and M/E Close Manage the month end estimate and month end close Consolidate regional P&L estimates and review for accuracy Liaise with Branch Managers as required to deliver accurate Monthly P&L’s Review and process GL entries Insurance – manage the national insurance renewal with support from the management accountant Desired Skills and Experience Desired Skills and Experience Degree in Business, Commerce or similar Partly Qualified / Qualified CA / CPA Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role High proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word Financial analysis in a complex business Business partnering and relationship building at all levels Benefits and Perks Employee Recognition Program Income Protection Insurance National career opportunities Discounted Health Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Onsite is committed to achieving a diverse and socially inclusive workforce.
