This is a 6-month contract role with an immediate start , offering a great opportunity to work with a reputable construction company on a high-profile development. About the Role: As a mid-level Contract Administrator , you will be working closely with the project and site teams to ensure smooth finalisation and handover of the project. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, solid stakeholder communication, and strong contract administration skills. Key responsibilities: Assist in finalising subcontractor packages and variations Manage and track progress claims, RFIs, EOTs, and contract correspondence Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant for project close-out Support the Project Manager with administrative and financial reporting About You: 3–5 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role (preferably in residential or mixed-use construction) Strong knowledge of construction contracts and documentation (e.g., AS2124, AS4000) Proven experience in managing variations, claims, and project reporting Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment Ready to jump in?
