About You You are a motivated mid-level Structural Engineer with: 3–5 years post-graduate experience in structural design and delivery. Degree qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering . Strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia. Experience across commercial projects , with exposure to residential or industrial a bonus. Proficiency in structural design software such as Spacegass, RAPT , RAM Concept , and ETABS . Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues. The ability to manage priorities, work independently, and contribute to team success. About the Role In this role, you will: Undertake structural analysis and design for a variety of commercial projects. Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and technical drawings. Work closely with project managers, architects, and other consultants. Liaise directly with clients, providing technical guidance and building strong relationships. Support senior engineers on large-scale projects while taking ownership of smaller jobs. Contribute to the ongoing success of a growing Brisbane-based structural team.
