Requirements What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking motivated and experienced individuals who can contribute to leadership, governance, and operational support within a high-risk, refinery environment. Desired skills and competencies include: Proven experience in refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects Understanding of refinery processes, safety systems, and compliance frameworks Strong leadership and supervisory capability (for managerial/supervisory roles) Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills Why EnerMech?
