What You'll Do Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes to a high standard Use both traditional and modern wok techniques Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation in every dish Work closely with our Thai Head Chef , with training provided Maintain a clean and efficient work area in a small kitchen setting What We're Looking For Previous experience in an Asian kitchen (Thai, Chinese, or other Asian cuisines) Confidence and competence in wok cooking Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a small team A willingness to learn and grow with the support of our Head Chef
