With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Senior Mental Health Clinicians to join Hume Community Mental Health.    About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.     About the Role: Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a diligent and committed Community Mental Health team and contribute your mental health skills and attributes to consumers and support colleagues, in an ever-changing work environment, within the North West Area Mental Health catchment?  This role is responsible for: The Senior Community Mental Health Clinician (CMHC) on the community team provides clinical and discipline leadership to the members of the team.  The Senior CMHC is an active supporter to other clinicians within their clinical review group as well as the wider team.   They will bring their discipline expertise and experience in providing key clinician support to a small number of complex consumers.  The Senior CMHC will act as a leader and role model within the team and provide support and supervision/line management to other clinicians as necessary.  They also participate in the development of quality research and evaluation programs and are an active member of the teams Leadership group.  The Senior CMHC will contribute positively to the culture of the team, upholding the Northern Health values, and encourage and support others to do so.  To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of ⦠Proven ability to â¦â¦.
