With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Occupational Therapy team.   About Northern Health:  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  The Northern Health Allied Health Paediatric outpatient service is predominately located at the Craigieburn Community Hospital, which is brand new purpose build facility.  About the Role:  An exciting opportunity exists for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join the team at Northern Health.  This role is responsible for providing high quality Occupational Therapy services to children aged 0-18 years and their families living within the Northern Health catchment area.  The Occupational Therapist will have roles in the Multi- Disciplinary Assessment Clinic which provides assessment for preschool aged children with complex developmental needs or traits of autism, and the Neuro-Developmental clinic which completes early assessments of at-risk neonates and infants.  To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated clinical experience with a paediatric caseload Proven ability to work autonomously and excel within a multi-disciplinary team Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to lifelong learning  Next Steps . . .  If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
