Responsibilities Assess and diagnose physical conditions and injuries of employees. Design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably with workplace injuries. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to develop rapport with employees and provide compassionate care. Knowledge of ergonomic practices and injury prevention techniques.
