Our Role We have an opportunity for passionate and committed Junior School Classroom Teachers for this full-time, 12-month fixed term role (with the potential for permanent). Our students learning and wellbeing is of great importance to us so your ability to work well with others, foster a love of learning and provide exemplary learning experiences will steer you well to succeed in this role. Responsibilities include: Deliver outstanding teaching that supports strong student learning outcomes across a variety of ability levels Plan and execute a consistent, clear, and sequential educational program that challenges all students and builds upon prior knowledge. Effectively use technology to enhance learning and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Champion differentiated instruction in both class, grade, and multi-age settings, ensuring all students are supported and challenged. Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents, fostering an environment conducive to learning and enthusiasm Engage with passion in all areas of Kingswood College life Uphold the values and vision of Kingswood College, contributing positively to our community Successful applicants will: Hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
