This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the musical journey of students across our school. This position is a dual role, with a primary focus on classroom music teaching and secondary responsibility as a Band Director. The role will involve developing and implementing engaging classroom lessons while also leading and nurturing our school bands. Key Responsibilities: Implement and adapt best practice teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs Provide a high level of pastoral care to support students' personal and academic growth Conduct and rehearse a variety of concert and jazz bands for students across the school Create innovative new music programs that encourage students to learn through 'doing' and reinforce the College's philosophy The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an experienced educator who is passionate about both classroom teaching and band direction. The successful candidate will teach across both the Junior and Senior Schools and across all courses.
