We are seeking a Team Leader – Community Services Education to lead curriculum development, support trainers, and strengthen industry partnerships in a growing and dynamic training environment. What you’ll do: Lead the review and development of compliant, engaging assessment curriculum aligned with industry and RTO standards Provide professional development, coaching and advice to trainers, clients and RTO staff Support assessment validation and ensure training excellence Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to expand Community Services program delivery Lead projects, manage timelines, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Step in to deliver training/assessment when required What you bring: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) Certificate IV or higher in Healthcare, Community Services or Individual Support / Personal Care 3 years’ leadership and management experience in VET or industry 2 years’ experience developing compliant curriculum in a VET context Training experience (5 years) in Individual Support (aged care or disability) Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and project management skills Experience with LMS systems (i.e. Cloud Assess, VETtrak) A commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and workplace wellbeing Full driver’s licence What’s Offered?
