Description The successful candidate will: Leadership & Team Management : Lead a 25 person team, foster a high-performance culture, oversee hiring, training, and day-to-day operations. Business & Financial Accountability : Full P&L responsibility, drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational stability through strategic planning and execution. Marketing & Community Engagement : Act as the face of MoI, manage marketing initiatives, represent the museum at community and business events, and build strong external relationships. Customer Experience & Standards : Ensure exceptional visitor experiences, maintain high service quality, and collaborate across MoI locations to share best practices. Growth & Future Expansion : Role will expand to oversee multiple museums across Australia, positioning the candidate for national leadership. Profile The successful candidate is a proactive and capable leader with proven experience managing teams of 20 people and driving operational and financial success.
