The Role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, your typical day will involve: Coordinating all the administration and work closely with the accounts team based in China Accounts admin support including updating spreadsheets for payroll, depreciation schedules and employee entitlements Liaising with the bank, auditors, insurance brokers and landlord when required Ad hoc administration, data entry and basic accounts duties as required About YOU: Previous office administration is essential & exposure to accounts or finance administration highly regarded Excellent communication skills required.
