Job Description The Opportunity We’re expanding our Perth Operations and strengthening our team at ACCIONA. As we continue to grow our capabilities across current and future major infrastructure projects, we’re seeking experienced Quality Senior Coordinators, Coordinators and Advisors to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting quality management systems, ensuring compliance with project standards, and driving continuous improvement across some of Western Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards, codes, and regulations across projects. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to assess materials, workmanship, and construction techniques. Conduct inspections and testing to identify defects, deviations, or improvement opportunities. Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance data, incorporating feedback, and applying best practices to enhance project outcomes. Required Skills and Competencies About You Ideally, but not required, a tertiary qualification or training in a Quality, trade or related discipline. Experience working in the Construction Industry supporting large infrastructure projects Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) as well as compliance obligations. A proven track record in the implementation of a QMS for a similar-scale construction project will also be preferred.
