Your role within the team The role of the Brand Manager will support portfolio management, innovation and campaign development across the Adult Nutrition Category on the Swisse brand in Australia. The role drives Swisse business objectives by executing the marketing plan through robust product, category and channel strategies. Key responsibilities include: Brand Strategy & Positioning Support performance and brand management of the Swisse Vitamins portfolio through marketing calendar activation. Apply brand positioning across campaigns, innovation, and communications. Contribute to brand strategy documents (annual plans, comms frameworks). NPD & Portfolio Management Lead product development from concept to launch, including business plans, stakeholder management, and Stage & Gate delivery. Manage portfolio performance, lifecycle, and EPD projects. Campaigns Lead small to medium campaigns end-to-end, from brief to execution. Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaign integration across all touchpoints. Insights & Strategy Analyse data to generate insights and strategy. Lead strategy development for select segments, sharing insights in key forums. People & Leadership Mentor interns/Assistant Brand Managers or support new starters. Commercial & Budget Support budget tracking, invoicing, and spend monitoring. Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time, in full, and within budget. Desired Skills & Experience We look for people who have what it takes to make an impact; who can challenge us to go further while pushing themselves to deliver exciting & ambitious results. To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: 2 years brand management experience in consumer marketing (FMCG, Health, or Pharmacy). Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Communications. Experience with campaign management and go-to-market strategies. Familiarity with product development and Stage & Gate processes. Prior ownership of projects from concept through to execution. Strong project management and organisational skills. Skilled in developing briefs, decks, and presenting to senior stakeholders. Demonstrated commercial and category understanding. Prior accountability for a portfolio of products/brands, including commercial performance. Strong data analysis skills (i.e. Nielsen, Iqvia, Quantium) and ability to turn data into insights and strategy represented in appropriate formats (e.g., graphs, presentations) Strong financial and commercial acumen, with ability to link activity to business results.
