Job Description The Business Development Manager will drive new business within the allied healthcare market, focusing on counselling, social work, and other allied health sectors. The primary goal is to increase Keypath's client base and strategically grow our business across Australia. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with key business metrics to increase allied health relationships and foster profitability. Expand the territory client base and regional book of business to achieve annual targets. Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities within the territory, utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool. Possess in-depth knowledge of our full line of products (educational programs) and service offerings (student placement) to match business strengths to client needs. Travel within the designated territory as required to assess prospects and connect with customers. Stakeholder Management: Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and facilitate the transition of new client connections to the account specialist for ongoing interactions. Collaborate with Keypath’s in-house healthcare team in drafting and reviewing client contracts. Data Analysis: Conduct market research for business and partnership opportunities. Produce reports on territory successes and areas for development, constantly reviewing sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results. Prepare business assets that highlight Keypath’s competitive advantage and value propositions for prospective clients (allied health clinics). Administration: Execute contracts with new accounts
