In this inbound customer service role, you will assist customers with their enquiries and provide operator-level technical support through phone, web, and email. About the Role: Handle incoming calls, answering questions and enquiries. Provide basic troubleshooting over the phone to resolve customer issues. Perform data entry and job processing. Liaise with customers to provide updates on daily operational events. Respond to live chat inquiries from the website. What We Are Looking For: Experience working in a call centre environment. Previous experience in troubleshooting and technical support. Clear and confident communication skills. Strong computer and administrative abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
