Why is this the role for me? This role sits at the heart of the client experience - ensuring funds flow smoothly, accurately, and securely. You’ll be part of the Australian payments team, collaborating with colleagues across regions, and playing a critical role in maintaining trust, efficiency, and compliance. What will my day to day look like? You'll be responsible for: Overseeing daily client payment operations including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations. Managing payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes while ensuring fast, client-focused resolution. Acting as a key point of contact for payments queries, liaising directly with clients and internal teams. Supporting financial controls with daily and month-end reconciliations. Analysing payment data to spot trends, improve processes, and mitigate risks. Documenting procedures and strengthening operational efficiency. What skills and experience do I need for this role? You have some experience in payments operations, financial operations, e-commerce, or fund administration. You also have: Strong Excel/data analysis skills and familiarity with CRM/workflow systems. Understanding of payment gateways, FX, and banking processes. A problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues. Team player with a client-first mindset, eager to learn and grow.
