About Us Curtin Heritage Living is a not-for-profit provider of residential care, retirement living and, home care services. We provide services to older people living in the Perth metro, the south west and, Albany. Curtin Heritage Living provides maintenance, cleaning and gardening services in our residential care homes and retirement living communities, and to clients living in their own homes. This role involves: External cleaning – windows, pathways, walkways, lift floors, balconies, parking garage cleaning, vehicle care Internal cleaning – cleaning of internal tiled areas, windows, atrium areas, glass balustrades Gardening maintenance – general weeding, garden clearing, assisting with lawn care Minor maintenance work – as directed by the Maintenance manager About You You will be a self-motivated person, with a strong work ethic who is organised and enjoys working with a team. We are looking for someone who takes great pride in their work, and is committed to delivering work to a high standard. You will receive great support from your managementteam.
