Seeking a reliable and safety-focused HR/MR Driver to join our team. The role involves operating company vehicles to deliver and pick up goods safely and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) licence — with HR preferred as it covers MR — and a current Forklift Licence to assist with loading/unloading. Roster & run profile Hours: 6:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Area: Local metro deliveries (Brisbane); Sunshine Coast/Gold Coast only very rarely Volume: Combination of drops — up to ~20 deliveries/day; we’ll batch multiple loads per run where possible, or send a full truck direct to site Loading: Team can assist with loading; at times you may need to load (and secure) yourself in line with safe handling practices Role snapshot Competative rates Operate HR/MR vehicles to deliver/pick up goods safely and on time Complete pre-starts, routine checks and basic paperwork/logbooks Load/secure/unload goods (forklift where required) Support yard/warehouse tasks and liaise professionally with customers Follow all WHS policies and company procedures What you’ll need HR or MR licence (HR preferred; it covers MR) Forklift (LF) licence highly desirable Proven experience in transport/logistics or similar Strong awareness of load restraint, road safety & fatigue management Reliable, physically fit, and a clear communicator For more information or to apply please reach out to Andi - andi@nbridge.com.au 0482 077 078 Northbridge Recruitment is always hiring!
