Job Description About the opportunity We’re searching for a strategic executive leader to drive the next chapter of growth and global success for our flagship gym management SaaS platform used in over 30 countries. The General Manager is a Senior Vice President (SVP) level position within our organization. In this position you will be the architect and owner of the end-to-end performance of the product portfolio, including direct accountability for sales, marketing, revenue growth, onboarding, and customer success, while also providing matrixed leadership across product, technology, and support functions. Reporting into our Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the P&L, define the go-to-market roadmap, and scale presence across key markets including Australia and APAC. This is a high-impact, strategic role that requires a blend of analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You’ll lead with accountability, move with agility, and drive with vision. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have include: Full commercial ownership of business – from strategy to execution, sales to margin. Shape and drive global go-to-market strategy, influencing product positioning and pricing. Leads customer advocacy by owning the end-to-end journey, integrating feedback into strategy, and developing measurable approaches to customer satisfaction, NPS, and lifetime value.• Deliver on key business metrics: revenue growth, NPS, CAC/LTV, margin contribution. Align and energise cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, balancing speed with scale to drive revenue and margin. Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and roadmap based on market feedback and customer insights, and ensure delivery is efficient and accurate Partner with Customer Support and Service to deliver customer satisfaction, meet SLA targets effectively and efficiently Be a key driver of Xplor’s overall strategy in the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical. Location: This position is a remote work opportunity but the selected individual will need to be in the APAC region, preferably Australia or New Zealand and have eligible work rights. Business travel will be required.
