The ideal candidates will be physically strong, able to manage both indoor and outdoor duties, possess keen attention to detail, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. The Role This is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from $68,000 to $74,000 (depending on experience), plus superannuation. Position Overview Successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks on our fruit farm, including planting, harvesting, and packaging fruits. Key Responsibilities Plant, maintain, and harvest fruits according to company standards and procedures Operate and maintain farm equipment, such as tractors and harvesters Assist with stringing, de-leafing, irrigation, de-suckering, bagging, and bell injecting Stack and de-hand fruits Sort and grade fruits for packaging and distribution Pack and label fruits for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and regulations Communicate any issues or concerns to the farm supervisor Assist with other farm duties as needed What We Are Looking For Previous experience working on a farm or in agriculture (preferred) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when required What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits A supportive work environment with on-the-job training The chance to live and work in one of Australia's most beautiful regions Opportunities for career development in the agricultural sector How to Apply Please forward your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
