As the Dairy Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in leading your team based at Leederville and supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional results. You'll be hands-on in presenting the highest quality goods, driving sales performance, managing financials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Most importantly, you'll inspire and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the store's reputation for freshness and quality.
