This permanent, full-time role involves working across two campuses, providing counselling, assessments, and wellbeing initiatives that help young people thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based psychological and counselling services to K-12 students. Conduct assessments and develop strategies to support learning, behavioural, and emotional needs. Work alongside staff and families to implement effective wellbeing and support plans. Deliver workshops promoting resilience, mental health, and personal growth. Provide support in times of crisis and contribute to a caring school environment. Key Selection Criteria Psychologists: APAC-accredited postgraduate qualification and registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA. Counsellors: Recognised counselling qualification and ACA membership (or eligibility). Experience working with children and adolescents (school-based experience highly regarded). Strong understanding of child development, learning needs, and mental health. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
