The Avon Valley Inn, a well-known country pub and bistro located in Gloucester, NSW, is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to take charge of our kitchen operations. ✅ About the Role:
Full-time Head Chef position – leadership role
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including rostering and stock control
Design and develop seasonal menus and daily specials
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Ensure kitchen compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Mentor and train junior kitchen staff
