Competitive salary : $75K–$85K super (based on experience) Flexible Working Hours to offer work life balance Job security : Join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work Supportive culture : Work in a team that values collaboration, initiative, and accuracy Inner North location : Easy access to public transport, cafes, and amenities with onsite parking available Key Responsibilities Process supplier and subcontractor invoices Prepare and submit progress and completion claims Reconcile credit card transactions and job-related expenses Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups Prepare weekly pay runs and liaise with external suppliers Support financial reporting and monthly reconciliations Assist with vehicle tracking, fuel/toll reconciliations, and general ledger entries Coordinate with external accountants for month-end/year-end activities Maintain accurate records and assist with budgeting and forecasting What We’re Looking For A proven track record in a similar accounts role Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong reconciliation, reporting, and data entry skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to work independently and within a team Please Note: You must have full Australian working rights to apply.
