About the role We are currently seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our Home Care team at Georges Estate Health & Aged Care Community on a Permanent Part-time basis. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our clients to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities. You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our clients and their families. What you’ll need to succeed Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following: Cert III in Individual Support (or similar) NDIS Worker Screening Check Driver's License Evidence of Influenza vaccination Full working rights in Australia.
