We are looking for an Experienced Retail Store Manager to Lead our Melbourne Team and join us on our exciting growth journey opening and operating our newest KickAss Store in Dandenong. About the role: You’ll lead and develop a small, progressive sales team who strive for excellence in their positions and provide the sales advice necessary to match our growing product range. You’ll deliver a high-quality experience to our KickAss customers building and maintaining a great customer service culture. You’ll be responsible for achieving store sales targets and goals through motivating and driving a sales and service team. You’ll encourage and develop a fun, positive and enthusiastic work culture You’ll set up and merchandise all in-store promotions and displays in line with sales and promotional events. You’ll ensure daily duties are performed including store administration, staff rostering, banking, stock control, management of store security and assets, ensuring store presentation and cleanliness are to a high standard. You will assist in Hiring of Store team. About you: You have Retail management experience including running stores and teams as well as setting and achieving sales targets and goals You’ll need a passion or strong interest in power, camping, 4WD and the outdoors. You’ll be a strong leader and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills You’ll be confident in dealing with experienced and inexperienced customers and have the ability to provide technical product knowledge You’ll have a positive attitude and a passion for sales, be a great team player who is self-motivated and has a desire to achieve results You will have experience in Hiring and training new team members. It would also be advantageous if you have recognised qualifications in retail management or similar and some experience selling camping, 4WD and the outdoors products or similar 12V electrical accessories (training will be provided) Please submit your CV/Resume with a cover letter telling us why you're the best person for the role.
