We are partnering with our client, a leading social media platform, to grow advertising revenue by helping businesses build brand awareness, increase sales, and much more. Our client’s ad solutions leverage our company’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients’ cutting-edge advertising platform. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of direct SMB clients, driving exceptional customer experiences and growth through strategic sales, account management, and campaign optimisation. Success in this role requires balancing client needs with your book of business, exceeding sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and optimising workflows to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact and client-facing liaison between the advertiser, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships and effective problem-solving. Manage a diverse portfolio of new and existing SMB clients, activating and growing advertising revenue on the platform through consultative advice, campaign optimisation, and data-driven results. Drive client success by providing pre- and post-sales support, delivering impactful advertising strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Take ownership of driving results for SMB clients through consultation, education, and ongoing support, while fostering collaboration with Accenture and client sales teams to develop and grow relationships. Provide valuable product feedback and insights from clients to internal teams, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our solutions. Resolve client issues efficiently, communicate progress proactively, and identify opportunities for clients to enhance their use of our solutions, maintaining a persistent and positive attitude. Act as a senior point of contact and escalation within the team, offering leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high team performance. Support team training initiatives, leveraging your quick learning abilities and resourcefulness to foster continuous development.
