Key Responsibilities Prep and service of food in a timely and consistent manner Work both independently and as part of a small team Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance) Assist in food innovation and menu development What We’re Looking For Previous café or cold larder experience HACCP certified Proactive, efficient, and able to work under pressure Excellent time management and communication skills Must be a team player who can also work unsupervised Catering experience a bonus
