About The Role: The Technical Service Manager is responsible for the strong management of the Infrastructure Support Team that delivers ICT business performance outcomes ranging from infrastructure operational processes to internal controls that provide value and mitigate the risk inherent in the ICT services. The department operates a Hybrid computing model of Infrastructure and this role is responsible for management and compliance of infrastructure services located in Microsoft Azure and on premise infrastructure. This includes services such as Azure Container Services, virtual servers, virtual Fortinet firewall appliances located in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps. The on-premise infrastructure will include Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, etc On some occasions this role will liaise with external third party vendors that have been contracted in to provide support services for key infrastructure such as networks, security and applications development. About You: Already an inspirational leader, the ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a track record and substantial experience implementing and managing ICT services in a cloud-based services environment, delivering high level customer services consistent with good practice and driving continuous improvement. Ideally you will have an understanding of AZURE Cloud Technologies, delivery model software as a service (SaaS) and Infrastructure as a service (laaS). Communicating with influence you will promote personal integrity and achieving outcomes through others. This position operates in the context of Leading Others.
