About the role As a Surveillance Operator, your exceptional observation skills and attention to detail will see you record, investigate, and report concerns relating to casino revenue, patron and employee safety, illegal/undesirable activities, and the integrity of gaming operations. You will demonstrate an understanding of Federal and State legislation relating to the Office of Liquor and Gaming and Casino regulations to ensure compliance and operational excellence. About you Hold a current Queensland Casino Employee or Key Employee Licence Have current or previous casino table games experience (3 major games) and/or gaming surveillance experience Demonstrate the ability to work in an environment that routinely requires extended spans of dedicated concentration Be proficient in mathematical, analytical and computer skills, including the Microsoft suite. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders as required. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in isolated conditions. Have the flexibility to work across a 24-hour roster that routinely includes 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays Applicants with knowledge of the Queensland Casino Control Act, casino procedures and the use of CCTV operating systems will be highly regarded.
