What You’ll Bring Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality venue. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train and manage a team. Demonstrated business acumen with experience managing food and labour costs. Excellent communication skills and a calm, patient demeanour . Creativity in menu planning and a refined palate to deliver dishes of the highest standard. Experience managing food safety programs and HACCP documentation.
