Location: Eastern Suburbs & Surrounds Work Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 Months) - Full Time Organization: JewishCare NSW About the role: • Fixed Term Contract (12 Months) – Full Time • Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support to individuals and families. • Facilitate strengths-based, culturally sensitive, and collaborative case planning. • Assist clients in accessing practical, financial, and therapeutic resources. • Conduct client intake & triage when required • Work closely with internal teams and external partner organisations to ensure holistic support. What We’re Looking For: • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or eligibility for professional registration). • Demonstrated experience in casework, including risk management in areas such as child protection, domestic/family violence (DFV), and suicide or self-harm. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. • Current NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check. • (Desirable) Knowledge of Jewish culture/values, or fluency in Russian or Hebrew.
