The Position Scotch Global (a division of Scotch College Perth) is excited to invite Chemistry educators from across Australia who are interested in joining our innovative remote teaching team. This is a unique opportunity to transition into remote teaching — all from the comfort of your own home. We are educating differently and online and have teachers already working for us from several states in Australia outside Western Australia. This is a permanent full-time role to commencing Term 4, 2025. Ideally you will be International Baccalaureate trained who can teach Year 11 and 12 Chemistry/Science. You will also be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm for and commitment to improving student outcomes whilst working in a cohesive and motivated team. A flexible mindset, tech savvy and empathetic qualities will be highly regarded. Our remotely located teachers around Australia enjoy working flexibly from home and deliver online programmes on a Western Australian timetable (AWST). The successful candidate will have: Qualifications in secondary Chemistry/Science teaching Registration to teach in your relevant state of Australia plus Mutual Recognition registration with TRBWA or full registration to teach with TRBWA.
