As they bring HR back in-house, they’re looking for a proactive and aspirational Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead the function and support their next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the HR function from the ground up in a high-performing business that values collaboration, people connections and continuous improvement. Your new roleReporting to both the COO and CCO, and working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you’ll be the go-to for all things people and culture. This is a hands-on, broad generalist role with a strategic edge, including: Performance and development reviewsRecruitment and workforce planningHR systems and compliance (ELMO)Payroll coordination (with external support initially, and a view to bringing in-house)Coaching and capability buildingWorkers’ compensation and WHS supportEngagement and cultural initiatives The role is full-time and based in the Sydney CBD. Some interstate travel will be required to build relationships across offices.
