About the role As a Senior Dental Technician at Alfodontics Dental Lab P/L, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality Orthodontic appliances that are our clients are accustomed to. This full-time position is based in our modern and Boutique facility in Five Dock, NSW, where you will work alongside a talented team of Ortho technicians. What you'll be doing Fabricating a wide range of orthodontic appliances, that include fixed , removable and functional appliances, laser welding and full digital work flow to the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision. Utilizing advanced dental laboratory techniques and technologies to create customized solutions for our patients. Collaborating closely with myself and clients to ensure the perfect fit and function of all appliances. Providing expert guidance and mentorship to junior dental technicians, contributing to their professional development. What we're looking for A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified dental technician, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. May also consider and Trainee that has good eye for detail. Strong technical skills in a wide range of dental laboratory procedures, including wire bending acrylic work and digital work flow. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets the exacting standards of the dental industry. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with our dental clinicians A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and materials A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to share your knowledge and expertise with junior staff members. Capable of working independently , Reliable, Excellent organisational and time management skills. 8. Ability to work on a tight deadline with a High standard of work. 9. Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing situations and varying work styles. 10. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 11. Maintain a clean work area and tools regularly.
