This is a hands on role involving on average, one weekend day and several nights. The role includes upholding and enhancing our already high levels of customer service, staff training and company culture. The successful applicant will possess the skills to manage efficiently up to 10 staff, deliver on-the-job training, and also manage rostering and reservations on a daily basis. Previous experiencein a high quality Victorian venue are seen as strong pre-requisites.
