Durablend is an Australian company specialising in contract Food liquid and Powder manufacturing. We manufacture for many of the leading brands and supermarkets. We are searching for individuals to start work ASAP, up to 38 hours a week across 3 production shifts We also offer the opportunity to become a Permanent member of the Team, after an initial contract period We are looking for individuals who have worked in a food environment, understand HACCP and GMP requirements Requirements: The role is focused on the blending of powdered products with several ingredients. We are looking for operators with batching and blending experience Duties: Follow Batch Sheets and weigh out formulations with accuracy and attention to detail Technologically proficient Ensure all raw materials being returned to the store are done so in the prescribed manner. Able to read and write in English Good interpersonal and communication skills Must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 25 kilograms Able to multitask and to foresee and avoid problems Able to work independently, in a safety and quality conscious manner, with a team Shift times: Morning Shift: 7:06am – 3:06pm Afternoon Shift: 3:06pm – 11:06pm Night Shif: 11:06pm - 07:06am Why Durablend: FREE on-site parking Consistence of work – Monday to Friday Get the value of working with a great company without working for a big company (not just yet anyway!)
