YOUR NEXT ROLE Reporting to the Dry Mill and Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely coordination of despatch, stock, and order processes to support operational efficiency. You will maintain accurate records, foster clear communication, and ensure compliance with company procedures, enabling seamless workflow between production, customers, and logistics partners. By delivering reliable administrative support, you will help the team meet customer commitments and maintain high operational standards. Demonstrate a ‘be of service’ attitude in all interactions, supporting strong working relationships and high-quality deliverables. Ensure despatch processes are completed accurately, on time, and with all records maintained to required standards. Maintain stock levels for lath, dunnage, feedstock, and consumables to prevent operational interruptions. Process orders, backorders, and overweight loads without errors and ensure timely delivery. Accurately maintain databases, including timesheets, to support error-free records. Support purchasing, receipting, and staff sales, meeting business and customer needs. TUAN You will be based at our plant in the Tuan Forest, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. ABOUT YOU Experience or knowledge of warehouse/despatch operations, inventory control, and freight documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level, with the ability to quickly learn new business systems. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in all tasks. Problem-solving skills to address stock, order, or despatch challenges. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, production teams, and logistics partners. Experience in administration within a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is desirable. WHY HYNE TIMBER?
