Regular mowing, watering, and fertilization to ensure healthy turf. Planting, pruning, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and gardens Learning how to operate and maintain horticultural tools and machinery. Gaining knowledge of pest, weed, and disease management techniques. Skills and responsibilities: Completed commenced their first year of the apprenticeship Ability to work in a team environment Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures Reliable and punctual Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
