What You'll Be Doing Answering inbound calls and helping clients with bookings and enquiries Making outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups Scheduling across multiple veterinary hospitals Managing email enquiries with empathy and professionalism Handling complaints with care and problem-solving skills Supporting with data entry and general admin tasks Who You Are We’re looking for empathetic, people-loving problem-solvers who: Have previous experience in customer service Are clear, confident communicators (especially on the phone) Are tech-savvy and great with detail Stay calm and compassionate under pressure Love working in a team and are always keen to learn Are reliable, adaptable, and take pride in doing a great job Bonus points if you have experience in a veterinary, medical, or animal-related field!
