This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven sales experience in healthcare settings who thrives in a mix of field and remote work. About the Role: You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing an established customer base across a broad territory. The ideal candidate will be confident working with public and private hospitals, aged care facilities, and dental practices, and will be capable of nurturing long-term commercial partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing client accounts across NSW and ACT Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory Build strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers Collaborate with distribution partners to support customer needs Plan and attend industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities Deliver educational product training to end-users Maintain detailed records and manage pipeline activity through CRM Promote the brand and product portfolio as a trusted market leader About You: B2B sales experience, ideally in medical consumables or healthcare-related industries Comfortable working with hospital procurement teams, aged care, and dental clients Experience with distributor and channel partner management Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Highly organised and capable of managing a dual-state territory Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven What’s on Offer: Base salary of $100k–$115k Super Car allowance of $19,800 per year Commission (capped at $50k per annum) Annual company bonus Hybrid work model with flexible arrangements A highly reputable global brand with excellent products and team culture Interested?
