This exciting role will see you working closely with leading residential builders and their clients, guiding them through every step of their tile selection journey. DAY TO DAY… Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will: Deliver one-on-one tile consultations for residential builders and their clients across our Brisbane stores and studios. Provide expert advice, product guidance, and creative inspiration to help clients bring their dream homes to life. Manage the full consultation process, from building rapport to upselling products, processing orders, and completing all related administration. Play a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting the sales performance of our Residential Trade Team. YOU… You are a motivated professional who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences. You bring: Experience as a Colour Consultant, Interior Designer, or similar role with strong consultative skills. A proven track record in sales and the ability to quickly build trust with clients. A natural flair for design and colour, with the vision to transform ideas into reality. Strong time management, organisation, and follow-up skills. The confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Essential requirements: Current driver’s licence and own car. Excellent communication and administrative skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to manage scheduling and record keeping. Tile product knowledge and/or design qualifications will be highly regarded.
