Our team supports the collection, treatment, processing and recycling of liquid and hazardous waste, including industrial waste, grease trap waste, oily waters and paints About The Role Based at our Narangba depot, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to: Complete all records and paperwork correctly, as directed and required by CWY, law & regulatorsEnsure safe work practices and adherence to policies and procedures including Absolutes and Lifesaving rules as well as reporting of unsafe practices and potential and actual incidentsUndertake any other duties, accountabilities and responsibilities as directedSupervise and assist in the training of all levels of Process OperatorsPrepare and document waste products to be removed from sitePerform loading and unloading of packaged waste vehiclesDecant, clean, repackage, store and dispose of packaged wasteSample and treat packaged waste as directed and/or requiredUndertake daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment About You To be successful in the role, you will have the following: Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experienceCurrent Forklift licence with a minimum of 12 months experienceExcavator and Loader tickets (highly advantageous)Current driver’s licence Class CAbility to work both autonomously and as part of a teamZero Harm Safety mindset Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test About Us Join us at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together.
