About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Audience Engagement Lead . This role will develop and drive innovative marketing initiatives that build engagement and supports student and industry growth. This role will lead a small, dynamic content team and oversee the development and delivery of integrated campaigns that nurture audiences from awareness through to enrolment and beyond. A key focus will be leveraging HubSpot to deliver effective lifecycle campaigns, audience segmentation, and engagement reporting. The successful candidate will combine hands-on campaign execution with strategic leadership , fostering collaboration across teams while meeting defined engagement and conversion targets. Key Responsibilities Create and execute market engagement strategies to grow audience engagement. Design and execute alumni and industry engagement campaigns, expanding audiences and reach. Design and execute nurture campaigns using HubSpot, including segmentation and automation to deliver sales and engagement targets and KPIs. Oversee digital content, digital advertising, and campaign collateral. Analyse campaign performance using data and insights to optimise engagement and ROI. Lead and mentor a team of content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, handbooks, eDMs). Support internal stakeholders across training, product, and student services to align engagement initiatives and build audience engagement and retention outcomes. Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure quality outcomes. Oversee promotional activities for events, including awards nights, webinars, and industry forums. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: 8 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel engagement and retention campaigns. Demonstrated expertise with HubSpot (campaign creation, automation, analytics). Strong background in content development, campaign management, and digital marketing . Experience with website management (WordPress, HubSpot CMS or similar). Excellent communication and project management skills. A proven ability to analyse data and drive insights-led decision-making. Experience in the education and training sector is highly regarded. Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility standards ( WCAG ). The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the execution of the campaigns. Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business is essential. Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, HubSpot, or Project Management are highly desirable. Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) may be required Why Join Us?
