Registered Nurses Infusion & Hypertension Clinic & Clinical Trials Unit 2 Permanent Part-Time roles | 3–4 Days Per Week | Southport, Gold Coast Be Part of a Growing Team At South Coast Renal, we care for patients across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, supporting people living with kidney disease and related conditions. Based at Brockway House, we are Queensland’s largest private kidney service, with seven consultant nephrologists and a team committed to excellence in patient care and research. We are expanding with a new Infusion and Hypertension Clinic and an increasingly busy Clinical Trials Unit. We are looking for Registered Nurses who want to make a difference, work in a supportive team, and be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking practice. 1. Registered Nurse – Infusion and Hypertension Clinic Our brand-new Infusion and Hypertension Clinic has been purpose-built to make treatment easier and safer for patients. We need a nurse with exceptional infusion skills and advanced clinical judgment to establish and grow this service. Key responsibilities: Administer a range of infusion therapies. Conduct thorough pre-, during-, and post-infusion assessments. Confidently manage infusion reactions or adverse events. Apply 24-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitors (ABPM) and perform Central Blood Pressure monitoring (training provided). Maintain accurate records and contribute to the growth of this new service. Educate and support patients through their treatment journey. Help shape the growth and reputation of this new clinic. What you will bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Strong IV/infusion expertise (renal/oncology experience highly regarded). Cannulation and phlebotomy skills. Calm, confident, caring, and adaptable approach to patient care. 2. Registered Nurse – Clinical Trials Coordinator Our Clinical Research Facility is expanding with up to 10 commercially sponsored trials within the next 12 months. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trials Coordinator who can run several studies at once and confidently lead new study initiations. Key responsibilities: Oversee start-up of new trials, including ethics, feasibility, and site initiation. Coordinate day-to-day conduct across multiple studies. Recruit, consent, and follow-up participants. Perform trial procedures (assessments, sample collection, IP administration). Act as liaison with sponsors, CROs, and monitors. Ensure data integrity and GCP-compliant documentation. What you will bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience coordinating multiple clinical trials at the same time. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. Highly organised, detail-oriented, team centric and adaptable in a fast-paced tech savvy environment. Why Join South Coast Renal?
