The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and completing a variety of tasks pertaining to formwork on construction sites. You should have a proven track record of success, excellent project management skills, and a passion for building safe and quality structures. Your strong communication, problem-solving and time management abilities will be utilized to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Key responsibilities include: Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans for formwork in order to ensure accuracy of work. Creating formwork templates and tie installations to ensure the stability of structures. Inspecting formwork quality and safety to ensure compliance with regulations. Assisting in the setting, levelling, and alignment of formwork. Discovering and correcting errors or issues before pouring of concrete Striking Formwork after the pour. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other trades to discuss project status and associated questions. Reporting job progress, incidents, and accidents in the workplace.
