Creative Juice SA is seeking a talented, top level Account Manager, with broad knowledge and skills to join an independent creative agency based in Adelaide. The role: Based in one of Australia’s most liveable cities (Adelaide) you will work on a client base that spans the nation, as well as international markets. You will provide sound, big thinking advice, through the services this agency provides to a select group of clients, with the ability to plan and strategise at a senior level. Being attuned to new ideas and solutions and able to utilise your skills to push clients, yourself and the agency’s internal teams to consistently achieve client goals and brand objectives. Your significant experience in professional client management, with an emphasis on nurturing and building long-lasting relationships, will ensure the agency becomes an indispensable partner to their clients' growth and business success. Of course, admin is also a key part of this role, you’ll be super organised and ensure you always stay on top of things and keep these elements up to date. Some interstate travel may also be required. Key responsibilities: Immerse yourself in learning about the agency and the full range of services they offer.Understanding the individual businesses with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with the client's key stakeholders at a senior level, hosting work in progress meetings, ensuring clear communication on project requirements, timely delivery and consistently high standards.Confidently asking the right questions to gather information from clients whilst helping them to navigate complex branding and marketing challenges with clarity.Be hands-on in day-to-day delivery, writing clear and concise briefs for the team, managing timelines, guiding creative development and solving problems as they arise.Proactive thinking to achieve effective outcomes, identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, grow accounts and deliver great value at every stage.Working closely with the internal team, (creative, production, digital and strategy) to develop the strategic direction, planning, management and creation of multiple elements of your client’s projects/campaigns ensuring integrated, cohesive project execution. Ensure exceptional outcomes for client projects - delivering on time, on budget and on brief.Prepare long and short-term goals and account objectives.Planning and maintaining project schedules and keeping all stakeholders informed of critical milestones and stages.Manage and report on scoping, quoting, budgeting, timelines and strategic approach.Ensure your client(s) are well serviced and the workflow is at maximum efficiency.Pitching and presenting to both existing and potential clients. Skills and experience: Essentially you will have 5 years minimum experience in a similar role/level within a creative agency environment.Tertiary qualifications relevant to the needs of the position will be considered an advantage.Proven experience in key stakeholder management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions whilst remaining calm under pressure.Extensive experience and confidence in guiding and implementing campaigns across multiple platforms is a must.Strong attention to detail and highly developed organisational skills.Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams.Respectful, focused, ambitious professional who has a vibrant spark and willingness to openly contribute.A passion for great creative work and delivering meaningful results.Confidence in managing multiple projects and priorities at once.Commitment to accuracy, accountability and proactive follow-through.Self motivated with a thirst for growth and knowledge and an openness for continued learning.Knowledge of current trends and emerging technologies.
