This will include how we attract, engage, and hire top talent for the business. The role is not wholly focused on sourcing great candidates – in order to create an effective and efficient pipeline, you will need to be a strategic thinker, have a strong grasp of market intelligence, and understand how to develop and enhance our employer branding in the market. Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and execute a high-impact attraction strategy, you will help build brand presence, craft compelling talent narratives, develop and embed our EVP, and ensure we are positioned as an employer of choice in a competitive market. Key Competencies & Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruitment. Demonstrated success in designing and executing talent attraction strategies. Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across diverse business units. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions. Demonstrated success recruiting for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill and strategic hires. Ability to influence and collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders. Strong understanding of EVP, brand story telling principles and its implementation across channels. Previous experience in a group or multi-brand environment is highly desirable. Skills: Strategic thinking and commercial awareness with the ability to translate insights into action. Exceptional communication and influencing skills - verbal, visual, and written. Talent market research and data analysis. Recruitment platform proficiency (eg. LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, etc) and content creation tools. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Marketing acumen: understanding of campaign lifecycle, audience targeting, and performance tracking. Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills. Data-driven - comfortable interpreting analytics to inform decisions.
